Razorpay standard KYC verification typically takes 2–3 business days. If you are applying as an individual/freelancer, ensure your PAN card matches your bank account name exactly. For faster approvals, register as a sole proprietorship with a Udyam certificate. You cannot accept live payments on S-Chat until Razorpay marks your account as "Live".

This usually happens if hardware acceleration is disabled in OBS. Right-click your Browser Source, click Properties, and ensure "Use hardware acceleration when available" is checked. S-Chat relies heavily on WebGL (Three.js) for 3D alerts, which requires GPU acceleration to render properly. Also double-check that your overlay URL is exactly https://schat.webasthetic.in/overlay/[your-username].

Navigate to Dashboard → TTS. By default, S-Chat uses a multi-provider fallback system to guarantee uptime (Google Cloud → Azure → Kokoro → Edge). You can configure the preferred provider from the TTS settings page.

If a viewer successfully paid but the alert didn't trigger, your Razorpay Webhooks are likely misconfigured. Go to your Razorpay Dashboard → Settings → Webhooks. Ensure you have a webhook pointing to https://schat.webasthetic.in/api/razorpay/webhook listening for the payment.captured and payment.authorized events. Your webhook secret MUST exactly match the secret generated in your S-Chat settings.
